I ordered a small piece from anna-nina.nl it does look really nice. No major complaints there. But for what I paid, I expected it to feel a bit more special or higher quality. Shipping was fine, just not particularly quick. I do like their style, but looking back, I’m not sure it was totally worth the money.

"Cute ring, but the gemstone was just okay"
I ordered a ring with a gemstone from anna-nina.nl, and overall, it was fine. The design is really cute, but the stone looked a little less bright in person than it did in the photos. It doesn’t feel like bad quality, just not as special as I was hoping for. Shipping was smooth, and the packaging was nice, too. For the price, though, I expected the gemstone to stand out a bit more. It’s okay, but I’m not sure I’d buy gemstone jewelry from them again.

"Cute bracelet, but I expected it to hold up better"
I ordered a bracelet from Anna + Nina it looked really cute when it arrived. I can see why other customers would be drawn to their pieces because the style is lovely. That said, after a few weeks of wearing it, the material started showing more wear than I expected. It’s still wearable, but for the price, I think a lot of us would hope it stays looking nice a bit longer

"Fair shipping, no surprises"
I ordered from Anna + Nina the shipping price felt totally fair. I always get a bit annoyed when you get to checkout and suddenly there are random extra fees added on, like when you think you’re just buying one thing and somehow the total jumps for no reason. Didn’t happen here, which I really appreciated. Smooth experience overall

"Surprisingly decent stock, though not perfect"
I was browsing anna-nina.nl for a couple of things and, i wasn’t expecting much to be available, but most of what I wanted was actually in stock. That was a nice surprise. The only downside was that one ring I really liked was sold out in my size, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the site made it easy to see what could be ordered, and overall the availability was better than I thought it would be.

I ordered a pair of earrings from this shop, they feel so different from the usual stuff I keep seeing everywhere. I was scrolling around way too late at night, probably should’ve been folding laundry instead, and these just caught my eye. The style is super cute and very me without feeling like everything else out there. Really happy I found this shop.

"Quick help from customer service"
Had a question about my order from Anna + Nina. Sent them a message and didn’t expect much. Or at least not that same day. But they replied quickly, and the tone was friendly, which I appreciated.

Giving 4 stars because the first reply was a little short. I still had to ask one more thing. Not a big deal though. After that, they sorted it out fast, so overall it was a good experience.

"Felt a bit unsure after paying, but it turned out fine"
I’ve ordered from anna-nina.nl a few times now. I’ll be honest, right after paying I always get that little moment of doubt, wondering if everything will actually go smoothly. But each time my order arrived without any weird issues, nicely packed, and the items looked like the photos. So even though I’m a bit cautious after checkout, my experience has been good and I’d order again.

I really wanted to like this because the idea is cute, but in person it just looks cheaper than I expected. The designs feel a little off too. Also, the constant reminder messages to leave a review were aggressive and kind of annoying

"Really nice quality, even though I usually stick to my go-to brands"
I ordered from anna-nina.nl even though I’m normally loyal to a couple of brands I already know, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But the quality was better than I thought it would be. The item feels solid and well made, not cheap at all, and it looks just like it did on the site. I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again...

"Cute, but the sizing promise didn’t hold up"
I really wanted to like this because it is cute, but the sizing was way off for me. It was listed like it would fit true to size, and that just wasn’t the case at all. Disappointing when you expect what’s promised and end up with something much smaller.

I was only trying to exchange my item, but the whole process turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get a straight answer. It got frustrating enough that I ended up escalating the issue because nothing seemed to be moving along. a simple exchange shouldn’t be this messy

I had to send back a necklace, and the refund came through in just a few days, which was quicker than I expected. The return itself was smooth, easy overall. I just wish the updates had been a little faster, because I kept checking to see what was going on.

I actually liked a lot of the stuff and was ready to place an order, but the payment options were frustrating. My usual payment method wasn’t available, and the whole checkout process felt kind of clunky and stuck. Whoever runs this really needs to make paying easier, because it shouldn’t be the thing that stops someone from buying.
